I had a very small dining room and kitchen. Removed the wall separating them and created a bigger eat-in kitchen. Also removed a non-functioning door and window to create more counter/storage space. The space is now very open and extremely functional. It is light and bright and I absolutely love being in my kitchen now. I can say I still walk into my kitchen to this day and can't believe the results. Everybody that sees it is wowed. It is a dream kitchen!

Our Kitchen Remodel process:
You meet with one of our Kitchen design consultants for a FREE in-home e consultation.
We design your kitchen, based on function and design.
We present the design for review and any changes.
You pick your wood species, door style and stain.
We begin building your custom cabinets (7days-21days) depending on size.
2 day before cabinets are completed, we demolish old kitchen, update plumbing, electrical, install new flooring and prep walls for new cabinets.
Install cabinets, measure for counter-top, Install any accessories ie pulls, under cabinet lighting, molding, backsplash etc.
Install appliances, counter-top, sink and faucet.
ENJOY YOUR NEW KITCHEN.
With our process and turnaround time you are not out of a kitchen for long periods of time. Because we have full control over the actual building of your custom cabinets, we can have your new kitchen ready sooner that you think. Most of our stone counter-tops are ready next day or no later than 3 days.
This is to testify my experience from my professional transactions with Mr. Oshry Ivgi and Dream Home Professional Contractors, LLC. I hired Dream Home Professional Contractors as a contractor to perform various home improvement projects in my home in Kensington, Maryland. Specifically Mr. Oshry completed the following projects: A front porch home addition, a complete kitchen remodeling, re-arrangement of interior walls in order to transform the kitchen and dining room to open space architecture. Also, he installed Pergo flooring in the first level of my house, a custom marble fireplace mantle and remodeled my home office project that included a whole bathroom with marble flooring. During all these projects Mr.Oshry had superior performance. He demonstrated tenacity and responded to every problem (small or big). He was able to maintain the schedule, responded to every need and facilitated all our requests (since the project occurred while we were living in the space and that introduced a lot of difficulties.) In each phase of the projects he utilized the proper resources and tools in order to ensure quality results.
