The most incredible thing of all is that my wife got called out of town and left the night before construction began. To my
amazement, Osher convinced her, via long distance phone call, to leave the selection of tile, sink, mirror and toilet to him. He batted
1000, as we both love his selections. The day before she returned, he asked to stay extra late with his crew to finish the job to
surprise my wife. She expected that the job would last a few more days, and was pleasantly shocked when she saw a near finished
bathroom. A few days later, I thought I broke the toilet seat, and Osher came the next day with a new one. It wasn't broken; it's one
of those new ones that remove quickly for cleaning. Great response. He came in on budget and ahead of schedule.

Overall, things went well and I am very pleased with the results. Demolition began on schedule on a Monday and the bathroom was
almost completely done (save for a few finishing touches) by the end of the day Friday.. I completed my bathroom with minimal
overage but maximum style and upgrades.  His crew was professional and skilled and I was impressed with how hard they all
worked. I would have them back again to do more work.

At first I saw their truck parked outside one of their work sites, I wrote down the phone number and the website. Later that week
(after looking on their website) I called them for an estimate. Anna answered the phone and after explaining me about their company
she scheduled me a home estimate. When that day arrived, Osher showed up at my house, he was very patient and explained me
everything to the smallest detail. The next day he came back (as I requested) with a written contract so I can have everything in
writing. After getting a few more estimates I decided to go with dream home because it felt like the right choice and I was right, they
showed up on time, they did a great job stayed on budget and finished on schedule. I will defiantly use Dream Home Professional
Contractors on my future home projects.

Overall, things went well and I am very pleased with the results. Anna and Osher both worked with me by rearranging their
schedules to start demolition while I was away from home (since I only have one main bathroom). I was in town and was able to
oversee the progress. However, they started on schedule on a Monday and the bathroom was almost completely done by following
Friday. They also waited to complete a few finishing touches that resulted in tiles not arriving on schedule. Their crew was
professional and skilled and I was impressed with how hard they all worked. I would hire them again. Lastly, I am most satisfied
with Anna's diligence and attentiveness towards me, in addition to her pleasant and professional demeanor.

This is to testify my experience from my professional transactions with Mr. Oshry Ivgi and Dream Home Professional Contractors,
LLC. I hired Dream Home Professional Contractors as a contractor to perform various home improvement projects in my home in
Kensington, MD. Specifically Mr. Oshry completed the following projects: A front porch home addition,a complete kitchen
remodeling, re-arrangement of interior walls in order to transform the kitchen and dining room to open space architecture.
Also, he installed Pergo flooring in the first level of my house, a custom marble fireplace mantle and remodeled my home office
project that included a whole bathroom with marble flooring.During all these projects Mr.Oshry had superior performance. He
